WELCOME TO OUR VINYL ENGRAVING SECTION !!

Its now possible to make your own vinyls at Livity Reggae in about 10 days time with any audio file. You have dubplates, songs demo (for radios, live shows promoters..) or any audio file you would dream to have on vinyl ... you are in the right place !!!

We are working with a German engraving machine, we offer various formats in order to have different lengh available and we engrave on real vinyl. Acetate engravings (plastic and vinyl + aluminium) are unstable and you can listen a lost of quality once you've played the records about 100/150 times ... Our records have then a life as long as the commercial records you can find in all records shop (those one are pressed not engraved). We here want to advise to use good quality stylus (such as Ortofon) and not an old one (by the way this is same same for pressed records).

We don't need to say that the more you supply good quality files the more the engraving will be the highest quality. So thank you for sending WAV files - 16 BITS - 44100 Htz. Also be aware that we don't supply any files for the engraving, you must send the files by yourself.

Here are the different lengh options regarding the various formats of the records :

- SINGLE 7 INCH : Maximum Lengh : 3 minuts / Best Quality Lengh : 2 minuts 30 seconds (by side)

- MAXI 10 INCH : Maximum Lengh : 5 minuts 30 seconds / Best Quality Lengh : 4 minuts 30 seconds (by side)

- MAXI 12 INCH : Maximum Lengh : 8 minuts / Best Quality Lengh : 5 minuts 20 seconds (by side)
